Sun Valley, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash with Injuries on SB I-5/Lankershim Blvd

Sun Valley, CA (March 3, 2025) – A semi-truck crash involving three other vehicles caused multiple injuries on southbound Interstate 5 in Sun Valley on Saturday evening, March 1, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The crash was first reported at 9:10 p.m. near the Lankershim Boulevard off-ramp. Emergency responders arrived at the scene to provide aid to the injured victims. Authorities have not yet released details regarding the severity of injuries or the circumstances leading to the crash.  Traffic in the area was impacted as crews worked to clear the wreckage. Drivers were advised to proceed with caution while traveling through the affected lanes. The CHP is continuing its investigation.
