Tukwila, WA – Fatal Crash on NB I-5 Near SR 599 Overpass

Tukwila, WA (March 7, 2025) – A fatal multi-vehicle collision occurred Friday morning, March 7, on northbound Interstate 5 near SR 599, resulting in one death, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT). Upon arrival, emergency crews tried to provide on-site medical assistance to the victim, but the victim was eventually declared dead. Authorities arranged for the transportation of the victim. No further details were disclosed pending family notification. The local authorities are at this time investigating the cause of the crash.
