Westminster, CA – Motorcycle Rider Injured in I-5 Crash Near Brookhurst St.

Westminster, CA (November 4, 2025) – A motorcyclist sustained injuries after a two-vehicle crash on Interstate  5 South near Brookhurst Street on Monday, November 3. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported that the accident involved a red Toyota Prius and a motorcycle, which collided in the HOV lane. The impact caused the motorcycle to slide into the center divider, leaving the rider down on the roadway.

Firefighters and CHP officers responded quickly, closing one lane to provide aid. The rider was treated at the scene and later transported to a nearby hospital for further care. Veterans Towing and emergency crews worked together to remove the damaged vehicles and clear debris from the lanes. The exact cause of the crash remains under investigation..
