Williams, CA – Injuries in Big Rig Crash on I-5 Near Meyers Rd

Williams, CA (April 29, 2025) – A serious traffic collision involving a big rig and another vehicle was reported early Tuesday morning, April 29, on southbound Interstate 5, just south of Meyers Road in Colusa County. The accident led to one reported injury. According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred around 7:29 a.m. Emergency medical personnel responded promptly and evaluated the individuals involved. One person sustained injuries and received treatment on-site before being transported to a nearby medical facility for further assessment.

Details regarding the injured party’s condition have not been released at this time. CHP officers remained at the crash site throughout the morning to document the scene and direct traffic.
