Capistrano, CA – Motorcycle Rider Injured in I-5 N Crash Near Junipero Serra Rd

Capistrano, CA (November 12, 2025) – A motorcyclist sustained injuries after a collision with a vehicle on northbound I-5 near Junipero Serra Road on Tuesday morning, November 11, the California Highway Patrol reported. The crash occurred around 9:15 a.m. in the middle lanes, involving a silver Toyota Corolla, a Chevrolet Camaro, and a gray Mercedes sedan.

The motorcyclist was treated at the scene by emergency medical personnel before being picked up by family members for additional care. Traffic officers confirmed that all vehicles were eventually moved to the right shoulder, allowing lanes to reopen shortly after. Tow trucks from local services assisted in clearing the scene.

CHP officials are still investigating the events leading up to the collision.
