Los Angeles, CA – Injury Crash on I-5 N/Calzona St
Los Angeles, CA (January 15, 2026) – A serious multi-vehicle collision on I-5 northbound near Calzona Street caused injuries and extensive lane closures on Wednesday evening, January 14, in Central Los Angeles. The California Highway Patrol responded after receiving multiple reports of a crash involving several vehicles across multiple lanes. Initial details indicate that a Hyundai SUV and a pickup truck were among the first vehicles involved, with additional cars subsequently impacted. Reports referenced as many as four to five vehicles, including a Toyota Tacoma, a gray truck, and a white SUV. Some callers also reported a vehicle possibly rolling over during the incident.
