Los Angeles, CA (August 18, 2025) – On Monday afternoon, on August 18, a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 5 South near Calzona Street resulted in injuries and slowed traffic through Central Los Angeles. The accident was reported around 3:20 p.m. According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), two vehicles collided under unclear circumstances, leaving both disabled at the scene.
