Los Angeles, CA – Injury Three-Vehicle Crash on I-5 S/Osborne St Off-Ramp

Los Angeles, CA (September 18, 2025) – A three-vehicle collision on I-5 southbound at the Osborne Street off-ramp caused injuries and heavy traffic delays on Thursday afternoon, September 18. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported the accident shortly after 2:30 p.m., involving three cars that collided while exiting the freeway.

CHP officers and Los Angeles Fire Department crews arrived at the scene within minutes to assist those involved. At least two people sustained injuries and were treated on-site, while another was transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. The exact conditions of the victims have not yet been disclosed.

Officers had to temporarily block the roadway to allow for tow trucks to clear the damaged vehicles. Investigators are working to determine what contributed to the crash.
