National City, CA – Injuries Reported in Wreck near San Diego Freeway & I-15

National City, CA (February 11, 2023) – On February 10, at around 4:10 p.m., the California Highway Patrol was called to provide assistance at the scene of an injury accident.

Preliminary investigations show that vehicles collided on the southbound side of the San Diego Freeway in the area approaching Interstate 15 in National City.

CHP troopers closed off multiple lanes of the road as they provided assistance with clearing vehicles and debris from the travel lanes.

Emergency medical services were called to care for the victims who were harmed and transfer them to local hospitals.

The California Highway Patrol is currently investigating the collision.
