Newhall, CA – Injuries Reported on I-5 Crash at Roxford St. Off-Ramp

Newhall, CA (August 4, 2025) – On Monday, August 4, a multi-vehicle collision involving an Amazon delivery van and a white Honda led to injuries on the I-5 North at the Roxford Street off-ramp. The incident unfolded just off Laurel Canyon, where a gray SUV and a dark gray sedan were reportedly blocking lanes. According to the California Highway Patrol, two men exited their vehicles following the crash and engaged in a physical fight on the right shoulder. Emergency responders quickly intervened to separate the individuals and assess any injuries. At least one person was treated at the scene for injuries, though further medical evaluation was recommended. LAPD officers were also called in due to the altercation. The CHP is conducting a full inquiry into the cause of the collision.
