Newhall, CA – Two-Vehicle Crash on I-5 Connector with Injuries

Newhall, CA (August 28, 2025) – On Thursday, August 28, a two-vehicle crash occurred on the I-5 northbound connector to southbound SR-14 in Newhall. The accident was reported shortly before 6:00 a.m. and involved vehicles blocking the middle lanes of the connector.

The California Highway Patrol confirmed that at least one person sustained injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Morning commuters experienced significant delays as traffic was diverted while tow crews cleared the wreckage.
