Newhall, CA – Two-Vehicle Crash on I-5 N Leaves Victims Injured

Newhall, CA (July 28, 2025) – A two-car collision on Interstate 5 North in Newhall left several individuals injured on Monday evening, July 28. The crash occurred around 5:40 p.m. and involved a blue Tesla and a silver Nissan Sentra. Both vehicles came to rest on the right shoulder of the highway. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) responded swiftly to the scene and found multiple people with injuries. An ambulance was dispatched and arrived shortly after CHP officers secured the area. Medical personnel provided initial on-site assessments before transporting the injured victims to a nearby hospital for further care. Authorities are currently investigating the exact cause of the crash. The damaged vehicles were later towed from the scene to allow traffic to resume.
