Oceanside, CA – Three-Vehicle Crash on I-5 S/Harbor Dr Injures Woman

Oceanside, CA (December 1, 2025) – A three-vehicle collision on Interstate 5 southbound just north of Harbor Drive resulted in injuries on Sunday, November 30. The crash involved a gray Toyota RAV4, a blue Mazda sedan, and a white Toyota sedan. According to CHP, a woman involved in the collision was seen standing outside her vehicle holding her head, indicating possible pain or injury, and was assessed by medical personnel upon their arrival.

Tow trucks were requested to remove the heavily damaged vehicles and assist with clearing the shoulder area. Officers worked to ensure traffic continued moving safely as emergency crews evaluated those involved. No life-threatening injuries were immediately reported, but several occupants required on-scene medical attention. CHP is reviewing statements from drivers to determine what led to the crash.
