Portland, OR – Injury Collision on I-5 SB at Exit 300B / City Center
Portland, OR (October 4, 2025) – A traffic collision with injuries was reported on October 3 on Interstate 5 southbound near Exit 300B, toward the city center in the Kerns neighborhood.
Emergency responders were dispatched after the crash was detected. At least one person sustained injuries and was assessed on site before being transported to a nearby hospital. The precise number of vehicles and extent of injuries have not been confirmed.
