Portland, OR – Injury Crash on I-5 at Columbia Blvd Exit

Portland, OR (August 28, 2025) – A traffic accident with injuries was reported Thursday morning, August 28, on northbound I-5 near Exit 306A at North Columbia Boulevard. According to the Portland Police Bureau, at least two vehicles were involved in the collision, leaving multiple people hurt.

Emergency medical crews arrived quickly, assessing victims on-site and transporting at least one person to a nearby hospital for further care. Traffic in the area was heavily slowed as police investigated and worked to clear debris from the roadway.

The extent of the injuries has not been fully released, but officials confirmed they were not life-threatening.
