Portland, OR – Injury Crash on I-5 Near Columbia Blvd. Exit

Portland, OR (December 14, 2025) – On December 14, an injury-related traffic collision occurred on northbound Interstate 5 near the North Columbia Boulevard exit, according to Portland Police. The crash involved multiple vehicles and caused temporary lane disruptions in the area.

Officers arrived to find damaged vehicles blocking portions of the exit ramp. At least one individual reported injuries at the scene. Medical personnel evaluated the injured party, who was later transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment. The extent of the injuries has not been released.
