San Diego, CA – Fatal Pedestrian Crash at I-5 N & 6th Ave Off-Ramp
San Diego, CA (February 5, 2026) – A pedestrian lost their life after being struck on I-5 North at the 6th Ave off-ramp on Tuesday, February 4. Emergency crews responded to the scene after multiple reports came in from passing drivers. Early information shows the pedestrian was hit by at least one vehicle.
