San Diego, CA – Two-Vehicle Collision on I-5/Dairy Mart Rd. Leaves Injuries
San Diego, CA (September 16, 2025) – A collision involving at least two vehicles caused injuries on September 16 on northbound I-5 near Dairy Mart Road, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash occurred around 8:39 p.m. and involved a white sedan and another vehicle that collided with the center divider. Witnesses reported one car facing the wrong direction in traffic, creating a significant hazard. Good Samaritans attempted to assist a driver who appeared unconscious inside one of the vehicles until paramedics arrived. CHP officers and medical crews responded quickly, treating victims at the scene. At least one injured individual was transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. Authorities are continuing to investigate whether wrong-way driving played a role in the crash.
