Santa Ana, CA – Injury Collision on I-5 S/Jamboree Rd Off-Ramp
Santa Ana, CA (January 8, 2026) – A two-vehicle traffic collision with injuries was reported on Tuesday, January 7, on I-5 southbound at the Jamboree Road off-ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash involved a white Tesla Model Y and another passenger vehicle. CHP officers were alerted after an automatic iPhone crash notification was triggered. Upon arrival, officers found both vehicles stopped near the number one lane.
One individual reported injuries, prompting CHP to upgrade the incident to an injury collision and request an ambulance.
