Santa Ana, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5 at Main St On-Ramp 

Santa Ana, CA (November 19, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash on the northbound I-5 at the Main Street HOV on-ramp on Tuesday evening, November 19, drew a medical response after reports of injuries. According to the California Highway Patrol, at least four vehicles—including two Teslas, a Ford, and a Jeep—were involved.

CHP initially classified the incident as a non-injury collision but upgraded the call once an ambulance was requested for an injured party. Paramedics treated at least one individual at the scene before determining whether hospital transport was necessary. The cause of the crash remains unclear. Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
