Santa Fe Springs, CA (August 18, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash on Interstate 5 North near the Lakewood Boulevard off-ramp left at least one person injured Monday morning, August 18. The accident occurred around 6:30 a.m. and involved a gray sedan and a red sedan in the number two lane. Officers with the California Highway Patrol quickly responded and worked to secure the scene, ensuring the injured were treated and the roadway made safe.

Emergency crews provided on-site medical care to those hurt and arranged transport to a nearby medical facility for further evaluation.
