Westminster, CA – Multi-Vehicle Collision on I-5 Near Disneyland Dr Causes Injuries

Westminster, CA (December 2, 2025) – An injury collision involving multiple vehicles occurred on Monday, on December 1, on Interstate 5 southbound near Disneyland Drive. According to the Freeway Service Patrol, the crash included a Lexus, a black Toyota Prius, and a black Acura sedan, all of which were moved to a turnout along the right shoulder.

One family member traveling in a separate Chevrolet vehicle stopped to assist. CHP noted additional debris and a pickup truck over the fog line on the on-ramp. Responders treated injured occupants on-site, with at least one individual reporting moderate pain requiring ambulance evaluation.

Traffic backed up as the right shoulder and part of an on-ramp were temporarily blocked. Towing operators worked to remove the damaged vehicles and clear the roadway. Investigators are reviewing statements to determine how the crash occurred
