Altadena, CA – Four-Vehicle Crash on I-5/Glenoaks Blvd. Leaves Injuries
Altadena, CA (January 19, 2026) – A four-vehicle collision on Interstate 5 northbound near Glenoaks Boulevard resulted in injuries on Sunday, January 18, according to California Highway Patrol dispatch reports. The crash occurred just south of the Glenoaks Boulevard exit when multiple sedans and a black Chrysler 300 became involved in a rear-end sequence that blocked several lanes.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to assist injured occupants, including one female driver who reported chest pain at the scene. Several individuals were evaluated on site, and at least one person was transported by ambulance to a nearby medical facility for further treatment. Smoke was observed coming from one of the vehicles, prompting firefighters to deploy flares and secure the area.
