Altadena, CA – Hit-and-Run Crash on I-5 at Hollywood Way Injures One

Altadena, CA (August 4, 2025) – A hit-and-run crash on Interstate 5 South at the Hollywood Way off-ramp resulted in injuries on the afternoon of Monday, August 4. According to the California Highway Patrol, the vehicle involved left the freeway and came to a stop in front of 7667 Hollywood Way. Initially reported as a non-injury incident, CHP later upgraded the report to a hit-and-run with injuries after further evaluation. The Los Angeles Fire Department confirmed that all parties were out of their vehicles by the time emergency personnel arrived.
