Altadena, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash with Injuries on I-5 N near E Olive Ave

Altadena, CA (November 4, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash on the northbound lanes of Interstate 5 near East Olive Avenue resulted in several injuries on Tuesday, November 4. According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), a black Audi Q5 collided with two other vehicles. Emergency crews arrived at the scene within minutes and provided first aid to the injured motorists.

At least one victim was transported to a nearby hospital with moderate injuries, while others were evaluated at the scene. The collision caused major traffic delays as authorities temporarily shut down portions of I-5 to clear the wreckage. CHP officers are investigating the events that led up to the crash, and early reports indicate that sudden lane changes may have contributed.
