Portland, OR – Injury Crash on I-5 SB near N Victory Blvd

Portland, OR (November 4, 2025) – On November 4, a two-vehicle crash with injuries was reported on the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 near North Victory Boulevard. Portland Police and Oregon State Troopers arrived at the scene shortly after 8:00 a.m. to find two damaged vehicles blocking traffic.

One of the drivers was assessed at the scene with moderate injuries, while another individual was taken by ambulance to a local hospital for further treatment.
