Los Angeles, CA (October 8, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash with reported injuries occurred on Wednesday, October 8, on I-5 North near Garfield Avenue. According to the California Highway Patrol, both vehicles came to rest on the right shoulder following the impact.
Emergency responders arrived quickly and assessed the injured parties at the scene. At least one person sustained moderate injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for further medical care. CHP officers controlled traffic while tow crews worked to clear the damaged vehicles from the shoulder. The collision temporarily slowed traffic in the area but was resolved within the hour.
