Los Angeles, CA – Motorcyclist Hurt in Crash on I-5 N at E Ave. Off-Ramp

Los Angeles, CA (July 21, 2025) – A motorcyclist was injured on Monday, July 21, following a multi-vehicle collision on the northbound Interstate 5 freeway at the Eastern Avenue off-ramp. The crash prompted a rapid response from the California Highway Patrol and Los Angeles County paramedics. Preliminary reports indicate that the motorcycle was struck by another vehicle as both traveled in the same direction. The force of the impact caused the motorcyclist to be thrown from the bike, sustaining moderate injuries. Bystanders quickly alerted emergency services, and CHP officers arrived shortly before an ambulance was dispatched to the scene.

Paramedics provided initial medical aid on-site before transferring the injured rider to a nearby hospital for further evaluation and treatment.  The condition of the other driver involved was not immediately disclosed, and no additional injuries were reported. CHP has launched an investigation to determine the circumstances that led to the crash.
