Los Angeles, CA – Three-Vehicle Crash on I-5 S/Beach Blvd Leaves Several Injured
Los Angeles, CA (July 28, 2025) – Multiple people sustained injuries following a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 5 South near the Beach Boulevard exit in Los Angeles County on July 28.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) responded to the scene shortly after 9:00 a.m., where three vehicles collided under unclear circumstances. Emergency medical personnel with the Los Angeles CHP unit arrived and administered on-site care to the injured occupants.
At least two individuals were transported to nearby hospitals for further medical evaluation, while others sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were treated at the scene. Multiple lanes were temporarily closed to facilitate cleanup and allow investigators to document the scene. Tow trucks were later called to remove the damaged vehicles from the highway. CHP officials are actively investigating the cause of the crash.
