Los Angeles, CA – Two-Vehicle Crash with Injuries on I-5 Near Soto St.

Los Angeles, CA (August 18, 2025) – A two-vehicle collision on the southbound I-5 near Soto Street left at least one person injured midday Monday, August 18. The crash was reported just after 12:30 p.m. on August 18, prompting a response from the California Highway Patrol (CHP). Paramedics were called to the scene and provided immediate care to the victims. One person sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the accident.
