Stockton, CA – SUV and Truck Collision on I-5 N Leaves Injuries

Stockton, CA (August 18, 2025) – A serious crash involving a red Lexus SUV and a truck on I-5 North left at least one person injured on Monday afternoon, August 18. The accident occurred around 3:55 p.m. on August 18, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The vehicles collided under unclear circumstances, leaving both with significant damage. Emergency responders treated victims on-site, and one person was transported to a hospital for further evaluation. The crash caused lane closures while tow trucks cleared the vehicles and officers managed traffic. CHP is investigating to determine contributing factors.
