Newhall, CA – Two-Vehicle Crash on I-5 N/I-210 Leaves Victims Injured

Newhall, CA (August 23, 2025) – A two-vehicle collision on the northbound lanes of I-5 near the I-210 West interchange left multiple people injured on Saturday, August 23. The crash occurred during late evening traffic and involved two black sedans, according to the California Highway Patrol. CHP officers confirmed that at least two individuals sustained injuries in the crash. Paramedics provided medical assistance on-site, and one victim was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment. The vehicles suffered severe front-end and side damage, requiring tow trucks to remove them from the scene. CHP has not yet determined the exact cause of the crash, but noted that distracted driving or speeding could be factors under review.
