Oceanside, CA – Two-Vehicle Crash on I-5 S/Mission Ave. Leaves Injuries

Oceanside, CA (October 26, 2025) – A two-vehicle collision on I-5 southbound just south of Mission Avenue resulted in injuries Sunday evening, October 26. Reports from the California Highway Patrol indicate the crash involved a silver Toyota minivan and a gray Chevrolet SUV. The impact caused heavy front-end damage to both vehicles, with debris scattered across the lanes. Emergency responders arrived promptly, and paramedics evaluated several occupants at the scene. At least one individual sustained moderate injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Traffic along I-5 slowed significantly as authorities worked to clear the damaged vehicles from the roadway. Tow trucks later removed both vehicles, allowing traffic to resume.
