Orange Co., CA – Four-Vehicle Crash on I-5 N/ Culver Drive Causes Injuries

Orange County, CA (September 25, 2025) – A four-vehicle crash on Interstate 5 northbound near Culver Drive caused injuries on Thursday evening, September 26. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) said the accident occurred around 7:26 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found four vehicles with significant damage, including one car that had spun into the median.

Paramedics were called to assess multiple injured parties. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further care, though officials have not released information about the severity of the injuries. Traffic quickly backed up as first responders worked to assist the victims and secure the area.

CHP officers are continuing to investigate the circumstances leading to the collision, including whether speed or distracted driving may have played a role. Tow crews eventually cleared the scene, and traffic lanes were reopened later in the evening.
