Portland, OR – Injury Crash on I-5 N/Terwilliger Blvd

Portland, OR (January 7, 2026) – An injury collision was reported on Wednesday, January 7, on I-5 northbound near Southwest Terwilliger Boulevard in Portland, according to the Portland Police Bureau. The crash involved multiple vehicles and occurred during active traffic hours. Officers arrived to find damaged vehicles obstructing lanes.
