Portland, OR – Injury Crash on I-5 NB at Columbia Blvd Exit

Portland, OR (December 16, 2025) – An injury-related traffic collision occurred on Interstate 5 northbound at the North Columbia Boulevard exit on Monday, December 15, according to Portland Police. The crash involved multiple vehicles and led to at least one reported injury.

Officers responding to the scene found vehicles stopped along the exit ramp with visible collision damage. One individual was hurt in the crash and received medical evaluation at the scene.
