Portland, OR – Injury Crash on I-5 Near Exit 308
Portland, OR (October 1, 2025) – A traffic collision on the northbound lanes of I-5 near Exit 308 at Hayden Island left at least one person injured on Wednesday morning, October 1. Portland Police officers were dispatched shortly after 8:00 a.m. following reports of multiple vehicles blocking the roadway. Initial reports indicate that two passenger cars collided while navigating the busy freeway connector, causing one vehicle to spin off the road and onto the shoulder.
First responders with Portland Fire & Rescue assessed the occupants at the scene, and one individual was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Their condition has not yet been disclosed.
