Portland, OR (November 26, 2025) – An injury collision on southbound I-5 near Exit 297 and SW Terwilliger Boulevard occurred on Wednesday morning, November 26, according to the Portland Police Bureau (PPB). The crash happened in the southbound lanes just before the morning commute intensified, prompting multiple units to respond.
