Portland, OR – Injury Semi-Truck Crash on I-5 S/Terwilliger Curves

Portland, OR (January 5, 2026) – A crash involving a semi-truck led to injuries on Monday, January 5, on Interstate 5 southbound at the Terwilliger Curves, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation. The collision occurred shortly after 8:00 a.m. during the morning commute near Terwilliger Boulevard.

Oregon State Police responded to the scene alongside medical personnel after reports indicated a commercial vehicle was involved in the crash.
