Portland, OR – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5/North Portland Harbor Causes Injuries
Portland, OR (December 2, 2025) – A multi-vehicle accident on northbound Interstate 5 near North Portland Harbor caused injuries on December 2, according to Portland Police.
