Portland, OR – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5/Rosa Parks Way Leaves Injuries

Portland, OR (September 17, 2025) – A crash with reported injuries occurred on Wednesday morning, September 17, along northbound I-5 near Exit 304 and North Rosa Parks Way, according to the Portland Police Bureau. The collision happened during the morning commute and involved multiple vehicles.

Portland Police and emergency medical crews arrived quickly and began evaluating those involved. At least one person sustained injuries in the crash and was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Others were treated at the scene for minor injuries.

Authorities have not yet released information about the number of people hospitalized or the severity of their conditions. Crews worked for over an hour to clear the scene, which caused traffic delays along I-5 northbound, stretching several miles. Tow trucks were brought in to remove damaged vehicles from the roadway.
