Portland, OR – Several Injured in I-5 SB Crash Near MP 298

Portland, OR (November 5, 2025) – Multiple injuries were reported after a multi-vehicle collision on southbound Interstate 5 near milepost 298 on Wednesday, November 5. Portland Police and emergency medical teams rushed to the scene after receiving reports of several vehicles colliding in heavy traffic.

Paramedics evaluated several individuals for injuries, and at least one person was taken to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Traffic along the affected lanes was temporarily halted as authorities worked to assist victims and remove damaged vehicles.
