Sacramento, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash with Injuries on I-5 S/Garden Hwy.

Sacramento, CA (July 23, 2025) – Several people sustained injuries following a multi-vehicle crash on I-5 South just north of Garden Highway in Sacramento early Wednesday morning, July 23. The California Highway Patrol arrived at the scene around 7:56 a.m. after reports of a collision involving multiple vehicles.

The crash caused significant delays in the area and required immediate medical response. Paramedics with Sacramento Fire responded and assessed injuries at the scene. At least one person was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
