San Diego, CA – Four-Vehicle Crash on I-5 N Leaves Several Hurt
San Diego, CA (August 22, 2025) – A four-vehicle accident on I-5 northbound caused multiple injuries on Thursday, August 21. The crash occurred near Mission Avenue just south of the city limits.
Reports from the California Highway Patrol confirm that four vehicles collided in the northbound lanes, leaving several of them badly damaged and blocking traffic. Paramedics and first responders provided immediate aid to the injured drivers and passengers. At least two victims were transported to a local hospital for further medical evaluation.
