Stockton, CA – Three-Vehicle Crash on I-5 NB at SR-4 On-Ramp Causes Injuries
Stockton, CA (December 4, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision on northbound Interstate 5 near the SR-4 west on-ramp resulted in injuries on December 3. California Highway Patrol logs indicate the crash involved a big-rig truck, a blue Nissan Altima, and a black Honda. The crash also led to a secondary hazard when a white Honda Civic struck debris before suffering a flat tire and coming to a stop in the gore point. Freeway Service Patrol was requested to assist the disabled vehicle and help clear the roadway.
CHP later confirmed no significant traffic hazard remained after cleanup, though drivers experienced temporary slowdowns as officials evaluated injuries and coordinated towing. At least one person sustained injuries, and responders provided an on-site assessment. Tow companies were dispatched to rotate and remove the involved vehicles. Investigators reviewed vehicle positioning and witness reports to determine the cause of the crash.
We extend our well wishes to everyone injured and hope for a quick recovery.
