Woodland, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5 S at CR 22 Leaves Several Hurt

Woodland, CA (August 19, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash on the southbound lanes of I-5 near the County Road 22 off-ramp left several people injured on Tuesday evening, August 19. The accident occurred around 5:50 p.m. and involved a white Toyota Corolla, a white sedan, and a gray SUV. According to the California Highway Patrol, officers arrived quickly and found at least one person who suffered moderate injuries and was assessed at the scene before being taken to a nearby hospital for further care. Additional victims sustained minor injuries and received on-site treatment. The collision caused a temporary lane closure as crews worked to clear debris and tow the damaged vehicles. Investigators are still reviewing the cause of the crash.
