Fullerton, CA – Fatal Crash on I-5 NB Transition to 91 Fwy WB

Fullerton, CA (December 5, 2025) – A deadly crash early Tuesday morning claimed a life on the Interstate 5 northbound transition to the 91 Freeway westbound. The collision was reported around 5:13 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).

CHP logs show that a vehicle was blocking lanes on the connector road when officers arrived. Fire crews reached the scene shortly after and confirmed the crash involved a fatality. Officials did not release details about the victim or how the crash occurred.

Several emergency units responded and remained on-site for hours. Officers investigated, and towing crews removed the vehicle. Authorities have not released further information, and the investigation is still ongoing.
