La Jolla, CA – Injury Rollover Crash on I-5 near Genesee Ave
La Jolla, CA (January 3, 2026) – Two people were injured following a rollover crash on Interstate 5 near La Jolla on Thursday, January 1.
Emergency medical personnel responded to the scene around 3:40 a.m. after receiving reports of a rollover collision on I-5 near Genesee Ave. Dispatch audio indicated that a vehicle hydroplaned while travelling at highway speeds before overturning.
