Los Angeles, CA – Injury Crash Involving Audi and SUV on I-5 N

Los Angeles, CA (August 24, 2025) – A two-vehicle collision on Interstate 5 North near Lakewood Boulevard left at least one person injured Sunday evening, August 24. The crash, reported around 5:36 p.m., involved a white Audi A4 and a blue SUV along the right shoulder of the freeway. According to the California Highway Patrol, emergency responders, including Downey Fire Department crews, arrived on the scene and treated the injured before transferring them to a nearby hospital for further care.

Tow trucks were requested to assist in removing both cars from the scene. The number of people injured and their current conditions have not yet been released. Investigators are working to determine what led to the crash.
