Los Angeles, CA – Injury Two-Vehicle Crash on I-5 at Branford St. Off-Ramp

Los Angeles, CA (September 21, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash on Interstate 5 northbound at the Branford Street off-ramp left at least two people injured on Sunday night, September 21. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported the accident occurred at approximately 10:29 p.m. and involved two dark-colored sedans that came to rest on the right-hand shoulder of the off-ramp. CHP officers and emergency responders quickly arrived, providing aid to the injured.

At least one person was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment, while another victim was treated at the scene. Officials did not immediately release the victims’ conditions or details about what caused the crash. Tow trucks were called to clear the vehicles, which had sustained visible damage. Traffic at the off-ramp was temporarily delayed as crews worked to reopen the roadway. CHP continues to investigate.
